What counts as small changes?
Think of text changes, replacing images, small content updates, technical checks or limited adjustments to existing elements.
What happens if my change takes more time than my plan includes?
Then I discuss it with you first. Larger changes or new features are scheduled separately with a clear price.
Can I take support without hosting?
Yes. Support and hosting are separate products. We do first check whether your current hosting is technically workable.
Can I change my support plan later?
Yes. You can switch to a larger or smaller plan later if your needs change.
Are backups included in support?
Technical follow-up and backups are part of the support work. Hosting itself is charged separately if you take that through me as well.
