Are these fixed prices or starting prices?
The website price is a starting price: a website starts from €499. Every feature you add has a fixed price, so you know in advance where you stand.
Is hosting included in the website price?
No. Hosting is a separate product and starts from €204 per year. For a new website hosting is required though, because without hosting your website cannot go online.
Is support included in the hosting price?
No. Support and hosting are two separate products. Support starts from €35,00 per month and is optional.
When does a website cost more than the starting price?
A website costs more as you choose more features, or when multiple languages, extra content, photography, logo design or integrations are needed. That is always discussed in advance.
Can I take hosting without support?
Yes. Hosting and support are available separately. So you can take just hosting, just support, or combine both.
Can I pay for support monthly?
Yes. Support can be monthly and can be cancelled monthly. If you choose an annual subscription, you get a discount depending on the plan.
Are the prices exempt from VAT?
Yes. The prices are exempt from VAT under the small business exemption scheme.
